Booking Terms and Stay Policies at Guruvayur Dham

Welcome to Guruvayur Dham. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your stay at our hotel. By accessing our services or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Check-in and Check-out Policy

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability and extra fees.
  • Identity Proof: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver's License) upon arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who fails to produce valid identification or engages in inappropriate behavior.

2. Booking and Cancellation

  • Payment: 100% advance payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in, depending on the rate plan selected.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may attract a retention charge equivalent to one night's room tariff.
  • No-Show: In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount for the first night will be charged as a retention fee.

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel management will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property kept in the rooms or public areas.
  • Guests are expected to maintain the peace and tranquility of the hotel. Loud music or noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited.
  • Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest's account.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol may be restricted to designated areas. Please check with the front desk.

4. Child Policy

  • Children up to 7 years of age can stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents without an extra bed.
  • Children above 7 years will be considered adults and charged accordingly.

5. Right of Admission

Guruvayur Dham reserves the right to deny admission or request a guest to vacate the premises if they are found to be under the influence of illegal substances, behaving aggressively, or violating hotel policies.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura.

7. Amendments

The hotel management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
